Purchased Merchandise

  • The product purchase price and tax may be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase date under the following conditions:
    • Item is damaged
    • Item is not as advertised
    • Item is wrong size
    • Item was not received
  • The product purchase price and tax may be returned as Store Credit (or exchanged for another size) within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
    • Item is wrong size
  • If you believe there is a legitimate reason for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, please contact livingwell911@gmail.com with details and we will consider your plea. All judgement and decisions are at the discretion of LivingWell911 authorized representatives.
  • A service fee may apply to returns or refunds to cover credit card processing and/or bank fees.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges may require additional shipping charges.
