- The product purchase price and tax may be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase date under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged
- Item is not as advertised
- Item is wrong size
- Item was not received
- The product purchase price and tax may be returned as Store Credit (or exchanged for another size) within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Item is wrong size
- If you believe there is a legitimate reason for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, please contact livingwell911@gmail.com with details and we will consider your plea. All judgement and decisions are at the discretion of LivingWell911 authorized representatives.
- A service fee may apply to returns or refunds to cover credit card processing and/or bank fees.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges may require additional shipping charges.
